Champion Boot Camps are a workout experience that will benefit both skaters and non-skaters alike!

The 4-hour boot camp combines core strengthening aerobic conditioning and endurance work. You’ll gain strength and knowledge in a fun group setting led by instructors Jane Carey, Justin Mannon, Fourth Lacey, and Jim Larson.

Doors open at 5:00am racing will start at 6:00am
Door Fee $3.00 per person (everyone 3 years of age and older)

The boot camp hosted by Fast Forward Speed Skate Team in New Jersey was a success! The team would like to thank everyone who attended and worked hard to make this a great event.

The boot camp provided a variety of tools were helpful to any level skater; both indoor and outdoor. Focus on endurance, technique, and strength offered challenging drills that made even the top skaters tired by the end of the four hour session.

Since we have endured a very snowy, cold winter this year, this boot camp was a welcomed event. Many speed skaters were talking about their lack of skate related activity over the past couple of months, and were thrilled to learn additional things they could do over a cold winter to keep the skating muscles active.

On February 20, Fast Forward Speed of NJ will be hosting a boot camp fundraiser.
